We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about what we do with it. We use your data to send you relevant communications; offer you beneficial services; process your event registration and any associated fees; process any consent preferences and identify future opportunities for providing support which may be of interest to you. All dietary and special requirement information is deleted four weeks after an event. As such, we have to ask for this information from you for each event booking.
We will provide a guestlist at the event and beforehand to all alumni invited. This will include individuals' first and last names, their subject of study and year of graduation, and their hall of residence. If you do not wish to be included, please let us know at registration.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by an alumnus/participant the fees paid to participate in the event/activity will be refunded in accordance with the following terms:
- Cancellations received up to (and including) 28 days prior to the event will be refunded in full
- For cancellations received 8 - 27 days prior to the event you will be refunded 75% of the fee
- For cancellations received 7 days or less before the event there will be no refund.
In exceptional circumstances other refund arrangements may be considered.
The University reserves the right to cancel an event if it is under-subscribed and in this instance a full refund will be made.
To ensure compliance with money laundering regulations, the University will only issue refunds of any event payments using the same payment method and to the original payer.
